How To Pack 310 Stainless Steel Sheet & Coil
In GHT, all of our stainless steel coils are packaged as per international standard to prevent any possible damage or loss. By default, for quantity less than 1 whole compete coil (our MOQ is 5 tons), we will use woven plastic bag to cover SS coils and then fix them upon wooden pallet for further protection. We can also package the SS coils as per your special requirement, though this can incur extra cost.
In GHT, all of our stainless steel sheets are packaged as per international standard to prevent any possible damage or loss. By default, we will use brown paper to cover SS sheets and then bundle them together onto wooden pallets. At times, upon some customers’ requests, we will also apply reinforced package with extra metal straps fixed on the four corners, though this can incur extra cost. For enhanced customer experience, we also accept customized package as per your requests.

In China, 310S stainless steel is the more commonly utilized variant due to its superior balance of good ductility, excellent corrosion resistance, and high-temperature properties while maintaining lower carbon content. This makes it a preferred material for a wide range of industrial applications.
What's the differences between 310/310H/310S stainless steel?
The primary distinction among 310, 310H, and 310S stainless steel lies in their carbon content, impacting their performance in various applications. The 310S variant is specially designed with lower carbon content, not exceeding 0.08%, making it ideal for applications where high temperature strength and corrosion resistance are essential but post-weld annealing is not feasible. In contrast, the standard 310 grade contains a higher carbon content of up to 0.25%, enhancing its strength but making it less preferable for welding due to the risk of carbide precipitation. The 310H version falls between the two, with carbon content ranging from 0.04% to 0.10%, offering a balanced combination of strength and weldability, making it suitable for high-temperature applications requiring robust mechanical properties.
